1. How do I download my purchased assets?
Once your purchase is complete, you can find all your files in the “My Downloads” section of your account dashboard. You will also receive a confirmation email with direct download links immediately after checkout.
2. Can I use Jex Stock images for commercial projects?
Yes. All Jex Stock assets come with our Standard License, which covers social media, website design, advertising, and personal projects. For high-volume print runs (over 500,000 copies) or products for resale, please contact us for Extended License details.
3. Do I need to give credit to the creator?
While attribution is not legally required under our standard license, it is always appreciated! Crediting “Jex Stock” helps our community grow and allows us to keep providing high-quality content.
4. What if I can't find the specific image I'm looking for?
We are constantly updating our library. If you have a specific concept or subject in mind that isn’t currently in our collection, send us a message through the form above! We keep a “Wishlist” for our upcoming shoots and would love to prioritize your needs.
5. I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
First, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. If the email doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@jexstock.com and we’ll manually verify your account.
6. Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with an image?
Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if there is a technical defect with the file, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
